The picture reminds me somewhat of Tug McGraw "deliberately" faced himself toward a photographer when the catcher jumped on him when the Phillies won the World Series. That was a SI photographer. I hope I got this story correct.

Wonder if the photo of Ian and Chrissy would be on the SI cover. I had to ask because I wonder if SI had to say anything about their opinion on Boise State "being in the wrong bowl game."

That guy is a beast! He played in a game where he had his ribs fractures and punctured one of his lungs....AND HE FINISHED THE GAME! I mean any one that can finish a football game with a deflated lung gets 19 cool points off the bat.

Did a quick research this morning and found out that Ian Johnson is a sophomore and his girlfriend now fiance is a senior.

We've had the 2 greatest games in college football history this year in the Fiesta Bowl and the National Championship game (Texas v. USC). and dont forget about the game of the century in Ohio St. v Michigan.

Wow what a night for that kid. Win the biggest game of his life and within seconds screw it all up by getting engaged. You're a young man. You have so much to live for.
