I think the ridiculousness of this is something that we can all get behind.

Some guy in NY has started a campaign to get Vancouver Canucks' defenseman Rory Fitzpatrick voted into the all star game, despite the fact that Fitzpatrick has bounced back and forth between the NHL and the minors pretty much his entire career. The great part is is that its starting to work. Fitzpatrick is currently 5th in voting in the western conference, and just needs to be in the top 2. It's time for everyone to help out. Come on people, vote early and vote often for this guy! He's not on the ballot, but you can include him as a write in. And try not to vote for Lidstrom, Neidermayer, Phaneuf, or Pronger, as they are ahead of him in the standings.
