Read the article carefully and you will find it quite incredulous. I would not call it Outrage of the Day, but I would call it Incredulous of the Day.

I see nothing wrong with them all owning guns...except the whole "Katrina Refugee" reasoning...that was messed up.

I find it hard to believe that this type of law could be enforceable.

By the way - Kennesaw, GA inacted a law similar to this in mid-80's. And although it was signed into law. It was never enforced.
