New CollegeLAX Web Site!!

Postby mholtz on Wed Oct 25, 2006 1:26 pm

Well, if you didn't notice, the new site is live. I think sonny's on the road, so I'll announce it.

I'm sure sonny would like to send out props to Jason Grashoff (our creative guy) and Will Oakley who redid the forums with a ton more features.

Thanks guys, the site looks good.

I have to say I really like the rotating photos on the main page. Since they don't need to be edited so heavily, they give a better feel for the action. Lots of new shots as well. Hopefully more teams can send photos in for inclusion in the rotation.

This whole chat thing really has the potential to lose me my job too - real nice guys....

One odd thing - the frame for the site only extends 75-80% across my monitor (which is not very large at all). Is there something I can change to fill the screen or is this a fixed size?

How does one accrue points so as to give/take from other posters?

Nice to have it back up - the site that is!
Kinda going through withdrawals, and I didn't get a chance to read the thread about the change before the forums went down.
Haven't checked it all out yet, but it looks great! :)

I'm having the same thing happen to me too. Other than that, great site!

I like the "cleaner" look of the site. And the integration is awesome.

Same with the photos.

A hearty "Well Done"
