Stephen Colbert is auctioning off his portrait that hung above the fireplace. All proceeds go to charity. Does anyone have 100 Million? Literally.

That is RIDICULOUS
Who has that kind of money? And Does it still count as a tax write off if the money is eventually going to chairity?
Stephen Colbert has the kind of power now that you just can't buy. Who else could raise that much in a week for charity?

Being that the current high bidder brought it up from $10 million up to $100 million and has a rating of 6, they probably arent a serious bidder. Looking at the bottom of the listing though, if you want to bid $15,000 or more, it requires you to provide a valid credit card or go through an ID verification. So it seems like there could be some potential legal action if they do not follow through. Question for the lawyers. Is it possible to go after someone legally if they do not follow through with something like an ebay auction?
