And even then, Mack Brown used a dog food offense that rode Vince Young's legs to a National Championship.

"Okay Vince, on each snap, read the #2 man past the B gap. If he blitzes, hand the ball off. If he sits, you pass or run. Ready? Break!"

For the comments about Florida State- They are inconsistent this year, but at least they have a history of dominance. Some of these other teams have a lonnnnnng history of inconsistent play, which is tough to break.

Will someone please take Joe Pa out so Bobby Bowden can retire. I love the man and what he's done for FSU football, but his empire is crumbling before him, and he's too hard headed to see it and make the neccessary changes. The first and most important of which is replacing his son as the offensive coordinator.

I wish they would at least look at UF's offense and consider subbing Xavier Lee in like UF subs in Tim Teebo. It doesn't make sense not to.

either bobby bowden or joe pa is going to drop dead on the sidelines one of these years. both too stubborn to give it up. i am not sure why FSU does not play X more often. Weatherford is not exactly lighting it up.
