We have read about the following coaches being let go:

Dusty Baker- Chicago Cubs

Felipe Alou- San Francisco Giants

I am trying to remember what year was the record year of managers being let go.

You betcha! It will not be that long until bste_lax provides us the answer. That is our man with the answers.
