Beware that WCLL-friendly posters, while often tendering valid arguments, can come across in a simlar manner by regularly denouncing any post that is remotely threatening to the position of WCLL teams.

Just where do you get that from? As a matter of fact, I pointed to Chapman doing the same thing a year or two ago and the negative effect it had on them. There is no threat to WCLL teams that I am concerned about; just passing on observations to teams that are new to this process. The WCLL teams that are going to make it to the tourney will do so with or without anybody's help, so you can tuck your counter-WCLL conspiracy theories away for another day.

if a post on here were to sway the way a poller were to vote, then that person should not be voting for the national rankings. The fact is that a forum is set up to create discussion and debate. Voters should not be ipmacted by these discussions as everyone is entitled to an opinion.

In a perfect world, you'd be right about this. However, the reality is that a lot of the voters just don't have the opportunity to personally see all of the potentially rated teams play. It's just a geographical impossibility. So there has to be some degree of reliance on hearsay (whether it's from this board or other sources) in order to rank all of the teams that will be voted for in each poll.

No conspiracy theory, just a little of the old "heal thyself good doctor".

Lindenwood was a very solid program. I would say that they are comparable, but not as good to an Oakland squad that we played last year in the CCLA finals.
Overall, their offense is pretty good and they dont have any weak players from what I noticed. I see them in the polls for the rest of the season and winning out the weak GRLC.
Great weekend of Lacrosse. Good Luck to all the rest of the Year.

Best game of the week is Iowa v SLU or Iowa v Wash U.
Oh my god I was perfect in picks. May have had the margins wrong, but da*n I'm good.

I would say UMD vs. Lindenwood or Illinois vs. Lindenwood to be the best games of the week. Some solid matchups just south of St. Louis.
Granted I didn't get to see the other games played around.
