CCLA Conference Meeting - 9/16 in Dayton

Emails went out on Tuesday from the commissioner regarding Saturday's meeting. The email contained directions, agenda, and parking passes. A copy of the updated by-laws will also be emailed for review prior to the meeting as well.

There is a concern of unknown changes in leadership and team contacts, if you know of any changes please alert Robbie Heaps by email to rkh.sdi {at}verizon.net. If your team did not get the info, be sure to contact Robbie.

It is the hope of the board that this meeting can be completed on Saturday. The meeting is planned to start at 1:00 EST .

The CCLA accepted two new Division B teams into the conference. Northern Michigan of Marquette, MI and Rose-Hulman of Terra Haute, IN will join the north and south regions respectively. This brings both regions to 6 teams, eliminating the need for cross-over games.

Two teams failed to bring representation to the meeting, Eastern Michigan and Indiana Univ. of Pennsylvania, which puts both teams on probation.

The pre-season poll took place, not sure of the results, but will track those down and post ASAP.
