New 2007 Gear

Postby cjwilhelmi on Mon Sep 11, 2006 4:02 pm

Alright who has heard anything about the new gear coming out?

Kyle Harrison's K18 line debuts October 1st on www.stxlacrosse.com

www.laxshopper.com is showing pictures of warrior's new line of heads.

Gait has a new head coming out that is identical to the Warrior Evo Pro but doesn't look as pinched.

Does anyone have any inside information?

Brine is coming out with a TON of new stuff...or is that Warrior? I just check the "Equipment" forum at IL. The high school kids are pretty good about putting new-found gear on the site. In particular, I'm interested in the Brine Clutch...

there are 2 new brine heads coming out called the voyce and the clutch, one is a new Mikey Powell head which is supposed to be light years ahead of the swerve

Gait has at least 2 heads coming out, one is the feul, one the phoenix

Warrior has 2 new heads, the Helix and the Mojo.....and revamped versions of their pro line

the K18 is just a Proton Power for a crankshaft and different sidewall design

I have pictures of the new K18 line. I'll try to put them up later on tonight.

As for the shorty - its a complete stick that they are selling. You get the titanium shaft, head and stringing for that cost. Average titanium shorty pole is around 100, good head is around 80, strung adds another 20 to the price. That makes 200. Plus that site is not really the cheapest.

Duluth Lacrosse has purchased "customized" Serpent lacrosse shafts. I have a jpg of it. How do I put that on this board?

Put it on your UM Duluth webpage to host it. You can then use the IMG button to put it into the forum. You have to find a website to host it first though. If you make it a news article on UMD you can message me and I'll put it on here.

Michigan State just got their shafts in. We went with a more basic approach.

This shaft seems a bit lighter than my previous SC1. The paint is kinda a metallic green. Looks better than the picture. Guess I'll never be a photographer.
