Dick Schapp also used to tel a great story about Jim Brown at the college all star game thier senior year. Brown had like five goals-but only played one half. Anyone remeber the low blow that Bobby Knight took at Jeremy when he ganted him that one on one interview when Knight was leaving IU. I think the quote directed at Jeremy was like " your Dad would have never asked that question and would be dissappointed wiht you now" or something like that. All Jeremy asked was something about why do you think people want you to leave.

Jesssexy, I like Harrison too, but last year was the year of Mikey hands down. Harrison hopefully will get his due this year.

A pole winning the award would be like a linebacker wiing the Heisman. Are there guys deserving it? Sure, will it happen? Nope.

I haven't seen all these guys play so I cant really say who I think will win. On the other hand I hope Walters wins, he plays in one of the summer leagues I play in and we've played together a couple times. He's a nice guy and actually told me he thought it would be sweet to play at UF, I countered saying that Marylands not a bad gig either. I do think that whoever gets it will be from one of the pwerhouse schools though. I don't doubt Cara from Bucknell is sick, but they dont play as tough of a schedule as the top teams and that definately is taken into consideration.

Powell won it for the 3 years he was dominant. Harrison had the best season and shoulda won it last year. it is the award for best lacrosse player in a season, right?
peace.
