New Teams for 2006

I heard a rumor that Johnson and Wales university here in Denver is going to try to play in the RMLC next year...has anyone else heard anything about this, or is it just hot air?

i have a buddy that is currently going to Johnson and Whales that played back in high school in the springs. he has not mentioned hearing anything but he may have just not heard about it. if so, it will be great to add another team to the region.

I go back to Albuquerque a lot to check on my Business there and there is a lot of talk of the University of New Mexico joining the RMLC.

I will be out there after the season for a couple of weeks and plan to get up with some people who would know what is going on at UNM. If I have more info I will pass that along to Flip, John and Jason.

I talk to Maxx from time to time down at UNM, we went to highschool together, and it always seems like they are really unorganized....but I know they want to give it a go

How competitive could Johnson and Wales be? My brother plays club baseball for UW and they regularly walloped them. Do a lot of metro area kids attend Johnson and Wales?

Why haven't we seen teams from Metro or Regis? Wasn't there a team at Adams State last season?

Regis has a team in the RMLL actually....I dont know if they really want to be serious about it anymore...

And as long as I have been in the RMLC there has never been a Adams state team

There used to be Weber State, Northern Arizona, and USAF Acad JV team....

I knew Adams State didn't belong to the RMLC, but I thought I heard somewhere they had a team. What is the RMLL? Is it another collegiate league or just an adult club league?

Weber St. will be in the rmlc in the '06 season. The school had kicked us of campus due to the last president not paying money. but when I got there this year I was able to work some things out. right now im just trying to find all the players I can. were just doing some scrimages this spring.
