Don't know about fantasy lacrosse - But we hope to have a formal "pick the winners" weekly contest this upcoming Spring on the site with prizes. If you have any leads on a sponsor for this contact, please have them get in touch with me.

draft strategy
with the first pick of the 2007 draft, culax selects EC Laxer2. then i will take Justin Combs (2nd round) and then the UCSB defense (3rd round).

I will give you (Gilner) the UCSB Defense. I would take the Colorado Defense in the second round but with the first pick I would take Justin Combs just so you cant have him. With the third round I would go with Monteath and then try to trade him to Benson for the TT Goalie

I got dibs on Flip as my coach, and I will without a doubt send cash and a player to be named later to Corbin for rights to Combs.

Actually one of the football leagues I was in last year had one. 20 points if your coach (aka team) won, 25 if they won a division game.

Geez, are you still mad about that?!
Seriously, though, I've only ejected two coaches in 10 years. One was an assistant in a Varsity game who just wanted to argue, and the other was a coach in a youth game who just wanted to argue. For the latter, he thought he had a better view of a crease violation from 40 yards away than the official standing 5 yards away; we went all the way through possession conduct foul, time-serving conduct foul, time-serving USC foul, and then expulsion foul over the course of about a minute and a half.
But, back on topic, what stats do coaches have that you could use for fantasy sports? You can't do wins, because they're correlated with team success. It's kind of like stats for offensive linemen: all they can come up with is how many penalties they get, and maybe the occasional fumble recovery, but nothing that reflects how good they are at blocking.
