My thoughts:
Auburn- From what I hear, they are looking to bring the best team that they have ever brought to this thing. I would imagine that they will be the squad that gives Florida and the rest of their squad the bets run for their money.
GT- Do not know that much, but it sounds interesting with the Powell's and Gait's and such making an appearance........should be a good time
Georgia- You would think this squad would have the best draw from their alums having the tournament in Atlanta and all. Maybe they are staying mum about their squad, we shall wait and see.
UT- Not much known about this squad except for some back to back championships back in the day. I guess they are used to playing Ironman in this thing, might be different this year.
Florida- Well, it appears as they will be the team to beat due to their roster........so we will have to wait and see. With a bunch of ringers, this team better be as sick as they have been hyped to be.
Who will have the best uniforms?
Who will be the MVP?
What team will stay out the latest and still win the most?
Ohhhh the stories that come out of these things. I guess we can all talk about each team and ringers and other things, but it's still nice to be able to get back together for some wholesome competition. That is what it really comes down to. Good times, wish I was able to make it.
WDE
Florida to bring "ringers out the wazzoo"
Auburn- look out for the gators and the vols!
GT- might beat the vols but the dawgs?? hmm nah! dont see it!
Georgia- vols= yes yellerrs= booh yeah gators= nooka but hey they scared away some teams including ours so watch out!
UT- vols did beat the gators but eh it might not happen this year!!! they will strugggle this toruney!
Florida- might beat auburn but geogia an =d the vols!hey they mgiht make it considering this is our "sister chapter! of nrvlc!"

You mean that we will have 13 guys this year instead of 11 and busting out our black 3rd jerseys just like FSU? no, no they don't. I think the black will do quite well in HOTlanta though.
I did hear that UF was taking a page out of their football teams book and will sport the most hideous jerseys ever produced (other than any new jersey Oregon creates).

...now those are keepers and will probably win the best unis award!

I am coming to the ATL this weekend, but I am only at like 75%. I gotta bum foot and back. Slattery and I are rolling up together from Memphis. I am letting Slattery pick up all my slack. Plus-Recently I can't seem to hit the cage to save my life. Maybe my ruptured kidney, fractured vertebrae, and several sets of stitches I acquired from playing in college are finally catching up to me.
Lewin is def playing for the Vols and has been playing pretty darn good lately. I have never worn eyeblack before during a lacrosse game, but if yall are doing the eyeblack stickers. Can I get some that say 901?
Looking forward to the weekend. Peace in your crease from Memphis.

UF Ringers
What G8Rlax and everyone else is overlooking was the enormous acquisition of highly respected coach Jorge Morales (UF paid a rather large, though undisclosed sum of money for) who will be roaming the sidelines/sleeping at Oasis with UF this weekend...also look for ex-equipment manager turned SELC champ, Booze-mo to provide several highlights for team Florida.

The disinformation continues. BTW, I heard that my fellow alumni have recruited one-time UT lacrosse player and former NFL wide receiver Carl Pickens to come to the ATL this weekend and be one of the chosen 13.

Well, I was gonna go ahead and keep this s secret.....but I've heard about Auburn's attack and I'm gonna have to let the cat out of the bag. Here is the line and I am really angry that I can't be there to check it out.
Attack
Kirk Cameron
Corey Feldman
Corey Haim
I do not know much about what Auburn plans to wear, but we may bust out the "We Don't Like You Either" shirts that were worn a few years back.
As for Garibaldi and his posts, his 75% will be the equivalent to everyone else's 150%...........so that really means nothing. I have not seen him play this summer, but I have never seen anyone that runs that fast and plays that hard. He gets my vote for possible MVP.

It is not the alumnis fault (at least those that won) that America's Team has been dormant for the last six years.
Cue up the Sabbath, boys! We are coming to play and are guaranteed to have the best unis by leaps and bounds.

I've heard about these so called "we don't like you either shirts"...i think they should make a comeback in some way, shape or form.
G8RLAX: no need to give Garibaldi a bj...everyone knows he's good.
Don't the Vols have the rights to Slattery? During free agency in the summer of '05 he signed on with the UT-Ag. school.

Easy, those from lower Alabama. Tennesseans are my people. We are one and you can make all the hackneyed jokes about incest and hillbillies you want. I still loves um (but none for one Philip Fulmer). I understand that is a crutch that some must pull out from time to time to deflect the pain they experience in their own miserable and pathetic lives onto what is perceived to be a lower class. Sons of the Soil, unite! . At least I did not attend college in a town that has a restaurant named:
And some have accused me of being a bigot? Go figure. The reason that I will not be able to attend this weekends festivities is that I have to work. I happen to like my job and whilst it sucks, I will have to be there in spirit. My boys know this and will play this weekend knowing that they are not only playing for themselves but for all of Tennessee (lacrosse). I would liken them to the Iraqi Olympic football team at the '04 Summer Games. I just hope that Bush does not try to site them in a speech on what glory the team brings to an area so devastated by Hurricane Katrina.
Instead of Hotlanta, I will be in Minneapolis (specifically Blaine, I hope the weather is better than the last time I was there. Better bring a parka for nostalgia's sake) trying to fight of the crackers that dress like Wednesday Addams on the light rail. Then it is off to bucolic River Falls, WI for some NFL training camp action.
