Yes, attention getting name... BAD attention!!!! Look at the site! If this guy were really serious about raising funds to combat breast cancer, he would be donating ALL of the proceeds to breast cancer research and not only 25% while he lined his own pockets with the other 75%!!! At the very least he could donate 75% and only keep 25% thus making it at least appear that he is more interested in raising funds to combat breast cancer than he is in making money to put in his own bank account!

Lax_Stats have you ever heard of the word "overhead". Shirts cost money to buy and have printed up. Websites also cost money. I would highly doupt that the webmaster would make more than $5 on a single shirt.

From my work running the Harding program: Shirt cost is roughly $7-$10 especially if you are using low numbers and the shirt is not really that high of quality. Printing cost is roughly $1 to $2 per shirt if you are doing low numbers.

Now I imagine that the person is using high quality shirts (you can see the shirt material on the website) and getting good quality printing. The shirts probably cost in the neighborhood of $15. That means for the high quality shirt (heavy weight) they are making $6. That means that $1 goes to website development and maintenance and $5 goes to charity. Oh wait, they said that they would donate $5 to charity. Wow, amazing how things make sense.

Oh yeah it appears that they have added "help sack testicular cancer" and "help flush colon cancer".

It looks like the store is hosted by spreadshirt. Here are their prices. Add in the cost of another line or two of printing or a detailed graphic, and the profit is around $6 per shirt. So $1 off every shirt (83.3%) going back to pay for things like web hosting, domain name, maybe their rent or food to seems to be pretty reasonable.
