you stated streets was bye far the worst team in the norcal club league.

out six teams they finished 4th last year. which makes your statement false. That's all i was saying, don't get pissed at me cause your statement was false

the LMU summer league will begin the weekend of June 24-25.
We are still finalizing the dates, but it will most likely run from June 24th to the end of August. Every sunday.
ages 19+ will go from 9am-12pm
and under 19 will go from 12pm- 2:30pm.
More info coming soon @ http://www.lmulacrosse.com

Ugh, Palo Alto is worse than Streets. PA is atrocious. Nobody really good on either team. I'm sorry.

There are a couple good players on each team, but collectively, they are about as useless as me trying to teach Gary Coleman how to dunk a basketball.

Fellas, please stop the hijacking of this topic. If you wish to discuss the relative merits of various California club teams, please start an alternate (new) thread.

It is kinda F'ed up that everyone is ripping on Streets and Palo Alto. They are just a bunch of guys who like to play lacrosse and don't really care if they win all the time, and I respect them for their love of the game. Plus they play in a league against Barbary Coast, O' Club, and Marin, so it's not like they have the easiest competition.

We are all kind of fed up with it, so let us not continue this discussion.

Another SoCal summer lacrosse thing popped up in the LA area. Got this e-mail today:

Additional Lacrosse Pick-Up in Socal:

In Addition to the LMU Lacrosse on Sundays, Pick-Up games that will start June 25, there will be a Thursday night pickup lacrosse game on the westside. It starts tonight from 6-8 PM at Mar Vista Park on the Turf field.
Water is provided.

$10 per night, US Lacrosse membership is required and you must show
proof.

Come out to have some additional lax fun this summer. See you at the
field...
