Rule Change effects?

Even though its early in the season, anyone have any tales related to the new rules on 20 seconds to clear, or being in the attack box to call time-out? Any strategy changes that you've put into play to take advantage or cope?

Couldn't call a few timeouts I wanted so far, but other than that, it's pushed teams rides closer to midfield. I don't think it effected the game a ton, faceoffs seem to be more fun. No one is really worried about the other guy having an advantage, it's all quickness and skill.
