Water Fuel

This guy made a water fuel source by turning H2O into HHO, and some other fancy science stuff I don't understand. But he gets 100 miles for a liter of water, or was it a couple ounces... something ridiculous.

Nice try I just finished my 4th year, and I have just 1 year left to go. That makes 5 yrs by my math.
