NCAA DIV 1, 2, 3 tourney

Postby Gvlax on Sun May 07, 2006 12:55 am

Anyone going to the NCAA tournament in philly at the end of this month? Some friends and I are all squeezing in a mini van, staying in a motel, to watch it. Gonna be a blast, had so much fun last year cant wait for it again.

Any predictions who will be in the final four? win it all?

Im going with UVA

Any bias there because of your coaching staff?

I hope the Lakers win it this year and there is no bias on my part due to my old coach/roommate.......

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again, but life goes on.

Matt:

Mercyhurst beat Limestone again today. They seem to be on a roll.

Yeah, saw that. They are having a good year considering they graduated a lot last year or that is at least what my "intel" has told me.

There will be no one stopping UVA on its way to the NCAA championship game come Memorial Day.

There will be 4 Ivy League teams: Cornell, Princeton, Penn and Harvard.

It is interesting that the committee put Maryland at #2 and Hofstra at #3. JHU is at #4.

About half of my team and I will be there. Last year's tourney was an absolutely phenomenal weekend.
