Dan, you are a genius. We would never have thought to look in Southern California or the Home Depot Center.
Bottom line, we need a viable bid. To date, nobody in Southern California has provided the interest, resources and facilities to get it done. The Home Depot Center is prohibitively expensive, and there are soccer scheduling conflicts if I remember correctly.

Thanks JP...my post wasn't quite as sarcastic as I wanted it to sound. I am fully aware that Southern Cal has been looked into, it's really to bad that you can't find a cost effective venue down there to use. I grew up just east of Pasadena so I know how perfect it can be down there, especially for an event such as this. Good luck to Michigan in that first round but of course I'll have to pull for my Cougars in rd. 2. I wish I could make it down there for the tourney but such is life.
If you ever fall off the Sears Tower, just go real limp, because maybe you'll look like a dummy and people will try to catch you because, hey, free dummy.

Sounds like texas is the place to be this time of year. Its way too hot up in Minnesota. My car was saying it was 125 degrees today. I should probably see if I can take care of that.

Heat was a factor in St. Louis as well too fellas. I remember a couple tourneys when the old 'astroturf' in the LOU was mighty toasty.
