Does anybody know if there's going to be lockerooms avaliable for the teams?

No, there will not be locker rooms available to the teams, according to Joe Kerwin the tournament chair. . .

I guess they are doing remodelling of the locker rooms at Tigard H.S.. .at least that is what I've been told.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Desperate Procrastination
It only took me five minutes to look all of this up, I swear.

Total undergrads at each school:

13,352 Montana
12,493 Western Washington
4,672 SOU
3,600 PLU
1,600 Linfield
1,481 Whitman

I'm aware that this pattern falls apart outside of playoff teams, but I think the trend is interesting. We play a fairly-meatheat, contact sport pretty damn well, and we're a pretty tiny school.

And meatheads don't go to Whitman. Whitman is a completely unathletic institution full of nerds and hippies. But a fun place nonetheless.

I think you need to build some more buildings in Walla Walla. . .

Where have all the meatheads gone? Whitman still has a few, though.

Whitman needs to admit more of them...and fewer frisbee-tossing stoners.

meat heads and head hunters are the downfall of the evolving west coast in the lacrosse world. Finess and knowledge will always surpass physical play. Hopefully, this will become apparent as the sport grows.

If you're at the final four this weekend, you'll see some pretty great finesse players. . .In the PLU vs. Montana game, the matchup to watch will be Kris Olsen of PLU going up against Ryan Frey of Montana. . .two of the smartest players in the league - who both have a ton of skill and the "finesse" you are requesting.

The "thug" days of lacrosse in the Northwest are dying, and dying quickly. The improved game speed up here (which was lacking for years) has basically eliminated the opportunities for the "meatheads" to run around head-hunting for 60 minutes. . .

I've seen 7 of the 8 teams this weekend in action this season, and all seven of those teams play with skill and finesse, even on defense.

I am very excited about the weekend ahead. . .

Reed, you and Lewicki were probably the last true meathead lacrosse players in the PNCLL.... Sure you could toss a few other names in there, but they had skill too!
