Is Sonoma in trouble, or are they playing a little "vanilla" this week in preparation for the Playoffs, and Nationals? This doesn't seem like them at all.

Didnt you hear?? Sonoma's evil twin brainwashed the whole team right before the Utah trip.

Don't worry though, DC will have his troops ready and sharper than ever come playoff time...look for the Cossacks to come out swinging in Plano :!:

sometimes a loss or two right before playoffs can be beneficial for a top-ranked team. Brings them back down to earth, and sets them back on the right path to success.

Can't wait to see your DC on the sidelines this year. Should be quite entertaining. No wonder he is so well liked.

Sonoma is going to put the gauchos team on the sidelines first. The Gauchos are fortunate that they played Sonoma under rainy conditions, which resulted in Sonoma not beating Santa Barbara by 4 in the regular season game. Also, DC is very well liked by the people that matter.

Technically, they didn't play under rainy conditions, they played under muddy conditions. The weather was just fine that day. Sonoma's field was another story altogether.

Cal Poly defeats Davis

Postby CPLaxGM on Sat Apr 22, 2006 5:47 pm

Cal Poly over UC Davis 11-7. An inspired, hard working Aggies squad gave the Mustangs a tough game this afternoon in SLO. Our thanks go out to UC Davis for making the trip down and for a hard fought, well played game.
