I'm looking forward to reading about the Uconn vs BC game on Friday under the lights in Storrs.
As of today, Uconn is ranked #25 in the new poll. I believe this is their first ranking. I guess BC now has some additional motivation for this game - they probably aren't used to being an underdog in PCLL league games.
My prediction: Uconn continues the momentum and beats BC by a goal.

good prediction......?
great game last night in the 24 Cup game at Stonehill. It was the typical game between BSC and SC...hard nosed, and both teams right in the mix for most of the game. That new stadium at SC is amazing.
I have to say, after all the problems that BSC has had to face this year, they really impressed me. They had a pretty good core of players, and it seemed like they were about 2-3 mids away from being a playoff team again.
Adam Slys, the goalie for BSC was absolutely amazing last night. Stopped numerous point blank shots, and was a rock in the net all night. I am curious as to how many saves he actually had. I haven't seen many PCLL games this year, but he has to be one of the best goalies in the league...

definitely a shout out to the bridgewater goalie. he had a great game.
not to be overlooked is also the stonehill goalie jason mcdonough. This is his first year in net (kid's a great middie) and hes doing a great job. 70+% save avg. against bridgewater.
another great game against bridgewater, always a fun team to play.

Stonehill06.........no doubt. McDonough was SOLID. He made some huge saves as well.
Gregg, the new Bridgewater coaches are Sean Duffy and Tim Gonsalves. They are working with a campus figure head, who is also on the sidelines. Duffy and Gonsalves are former players out of eligibility, but still in school.
That is all I know.

New BSC
Best of Luck to BSC new coaching staff. Remember the season is not a waste, and the way you have played the past few games speaks enormously about the great team you still are. Good luck!

I found a new entry for the "French Benefits" thread.
Dan, that's good to hear about Sean and Tim. Atleast with guys that have been involved in the team at the helm for the rest of the season you know they'll take it seriously.

Any predictions on tonights BC - UConn game out there? I am thinking BC in a close one (11 - 9) but they have not seemed to be able to close out any games this season. In my uneducated opinion, (former player) they are playing way under potential and better get it together before tonights game if they want to win against a tough UConn squad. Good luck to both teams.
