But thats the point, people would rather watch the PBA tour than lacrosse on TV...

Actually, we are both assuming what the people want to see... perhaps ESPN should trial a few games and see how the ratings do vs. other programs (if only it were a perfect world)

But i did actually catch the PBA skills challenge today...i must say, amazing.

The PBA has a long history on television. I know that this is before most of our time but for 33 years ABC broadcast the PBA on Wide World of Sports. The PBA is currently owned by a couple of former Microsoft execs who have plenty of money to back their entity. The ratings for the PBA are small but larger enough to keep them on air.

i still firmly believe that if Americans had the choice of watching a NCAA or MLL lacrosse game (even if its their first time watching) instead of a bowling match, they would. people like action

it's going to take allot for lax to ever be anything here. the other sports are just too storng and i don't see them slowing down any time soon. lax is too hard, complicated and fast to ever become poular. it will always be the minority as i believe it should be. football and baseball are slow enough to catch on quickly, as far as game speed. it allows for allot of explanation. lacrosse just doesn't have the wheels as far as popularity. get used to it.
