Ken,

Congrats on getting the #6 seed after all.

I'm just curious how the 6 seed was decided. I know it came down to tie breakers. Just hoping you could expand on this a little.

Thanks,

tie breakers

Postby Ken Lovic on Mon Apr 17, 2006 12:39 pm

that has all been e-mailed to the team reps or will be very soon. There are some other issues that will be covered. Sorry to be so vague, I just want to make sure we as a league exec board we have our items in line before releasing some other important info.

The tie for #6 was between Clemson, UCF and GT. GT got the nod with a lower GAA.

Ah the good old GAA tie breaker. I think the last time that was used was '02 in Chatt. I think UT, GT and maybe Emory were tied for 5th place and GT got the 5th seed and UT got the 6th seed.

I was wondering if the emails have been sent out to team reps yet regarding the "other issues." If there is anything pertaining to this weekend that we should know I would appericaite it, thanks
