i know when we played csu- pueblo we could have put up as many goals as we wanted, but we just took the ball and passed it around the rest of the game. we barely played the starters and allowed our youger guys to take the game and then our coach told us to stop scoring and jsutwork on passing it around.

My question is, do all games count towards point differential, or just RMLC games, or just RMLC playoff counting games?

Does anyone have the answer to this question? Point differentials are a tie-breaker criteria after head-to-head if it is still a tie. It is a possibility that this may become relevant, in which case Fort Lewis helped themselves out by that huge goal differential.

i think it was that and my guys wanted to win...we had our chances, the guy who played goalie had never played before in a game but we did great considering their caliber of a team

Big up to metro state. Anyone from UNC give us a view on the game? Metro you proposing to join the league this spring at the playoff league meeting or next fall?

You'll proably get your butt kicked but you get to play at Peter Barton Stadium so thats always fun. But good job on hanging with UNC. You guys should definitly try to get it the league this fall and come up to the Western State Fall Classic in Gunnison. I think you guys would be able to hang in div B with the likes of Wyo, Regis, CSU-P it would get teh bottom half of the league more competitive and get everybody some wins and confidence.

I would agree with D, you can def. benefit from being in the league and can hang in our league and only make your team better. DU brings a mean game their goalie saw 19 shots in the 4th and shut us out lol. But it is def. a great stadium to play in and a good game of lax in prob. great weather. You should def. consider playing in our fall tourny I believe every team that comes has had a good time and next year we are looking for it to be a big event and a great time.

The California teams don't know how to play a physical game, We brought it to them hard and put them on their heels, had it not been our first and second games of the year compared to their third and fifth games it would have been a different story. No disrespect to them at all they are great teams but the RMLC is hands down more well rounded. (also I haven't seen them play since February so take all of this with a grain or two of salt)

USD 15 UNC 8
Claremont 14 UNC 7
UVSC 11 UNC 8

UVSC 0 Oregon 14
USD 10 UCSD 9

no disrespect to any teams or conferences, but i think it is a slight stretch to claim that uvsc is DEFINITELY better than the top WCLL teams

I think i would tend to agree with maple leaf. Claremont is a force to be reckoned with and UVSC did lose in the nationals to a WCLL team last year.

Last year means zero...case in point- Calvin. They were awesome at nationals, this year, they probably won't get close to TX.
This year, SD has done very well and they will continue to improve each week. They only get 1 1/2 hour practices 3 x a week on a half field. They are extremely well coached and disciplined and get better every week. They are gonna be tough to beat.
I think UVSC is ranked right where they should be.
