Sorry to be so pushy, but now, can anyone answer my tie-breaker question? John Robinette, if you're reading this...I'm sure we'd all like to know the tie-breaker criteria if head-to-head doesn't work.

RMLC Tie Breaking Procedures
A. If multi team tie...(Note: Use these criteria until one team is
eliminated (Up or down), then go back to start.) If the situation only
involves a two-way tie, skip to B. below.
1. Record vs Common Out-of-Conference opponent. (All teams must
have played the same opponent) If still a tie, then...
2. Goal differential between the teams that are tied, (No award
greater than 8 allowed for routs) If still a tie, then...
3. Goal Differential - total league schedule. (No award greater
than 8 allowed for routs)

B. If a two way tie...
1. Head to head result. If no decision, then,
2. Compare record within the Conference. If no decision, then,
3. Record vs common Out of Conference opponent. (All teams must
have played the same opponent) If still a tie, then...
4. Goal differential between teams that are tied, (No award greater
than 8 allowed for routs) If still a tie, then...
5. Goal Differential between total league schedules. (No award
greater than 8 allowed for routs)

Kurt,
Thanks for looking this up man. Do you know if teams like UNM and Metro State count as common out of conference opponents, or do they not count since they are not even in the USLMDIA?

so i read this thread and was curious if you guys have an rmlc championship to decide your top two teams that you will send to dallas? if so, will it be four teams or is it like us in the wcll where you only match up the top two to figure out who is the automatic qualifier?

From the sound of it, the WCLL has the simplest championship matchup of any division with only the #1 and #2 teams playing during the divisional championships. All the rest seem to have at least a semi-finals round, with the top 4 teams going up against each other. In some instances it is the top 6 competing.
