From Vermillion, SD
South Dakota 4
Carleton 13
i believe this was the final score. South Dakota only had three subs and was very tired after already playing two games this weekend. Very windy conditions and NO refs made the game a bit more challenging. Thanks to Carleton for making the trip down.

I now step into the role of UST defender ( ) (even though I wasn't there)
UST has played 6 games in 9 days, including a game v. physical North Dakota State, then, their rivalry game last Sunday against top 3 St. Johns (at St. Johns), an away game at UWEC on Tuesday, a home game v. Div A Univ. of Minn. on Wednesday, Saturday against #5 Harding and then Creighton. They went 4-2 on this, with the only losses to St. Johns (1 goal) and UofM (a very quality A team)
I think that their success during this run of games demonstrates their fitness for a top 5 spot, and their victory v. #20 Creighton should not be viewed as negatively impacting that ranking in any way.
