From Northfield, Mn

Carleton 6, Bethel 5

Many thanks to the Carleton team for PRoviding a field on such short notice.

Thanks To Brad Scibak, our CAA, for all the officials' staffing efforts required due to the changes in venues caused by the storms on Thursday.

Not sure on exact scores but they are somewhere in this neighborhood.

Moorhead 12
NDSU 4

ST Johns 13
NDSU 3

The best part of the sunny weekend in Fargo was seeing UND's newly formed squad. They scrimmaged NDSU Saturday afternoon. They strolled in with 30 players and looked amazing for only being around a short time. I spoke with some of their players and they have roughly 15 experienced players and th rest are first timers. There were only a few that had played in college and the rest played in high school. The draw of the hockey team leaves a lot of guys with no other opportunities in college and they gladly joined lacrosse. It should be fun to see how they develop in the next year

UST 12

Creighton has a gutsy squad, down 6-1 after the 1st the kept on fighting. A credit to their guys and their coaching staff. Thanks also to their trainer, who definitely earned her keep this weekend. 3 very physical physical games.

St. Thomas 13
Carelton 0

A great night for lax! A very much improved Carelton team held UST to 1 goal in the first quarter. Carelton's goalie made some amazing saves, they have come a long way in a year.
