Western Illinois just had a bad game against SLU. Not taking anything away from SLU because they are a great team, they just saw the wrong WIU.

Western Illinois decided to cancel all games today in Macomb, IL due to field conditions. Augustana had made it halfway to Macomb from Rock Island before being Wil Gilner of Creighton called me to let me know the games were cancelled. Augustana is looking to reschedule their Western Illinois game as soon as possible.

As for Bethel vs. Creighton, I will allow Wil to give you that information.

With the Western Illinois' field conditions being so bad apparently after a couple nights of storms, what can we expect for Crossover Weekend, should the weather be bad then?

well with the field conditions that are mentioned we are hoping to not even bother using that back field that is really torn up. crossover weekend will be a great time this year, we have been getting a lot of interest in vendor coming to promote the weekend, and the field conditions will be fine.
