I am just wondering if someone would be able to do the Live Action report in the Live Action Report Forum of the A&M/Texas game tomorrow night.

TAMU33 got credit for the assist, and Chris Pike was credited for the 'phantom' goal in the 2002 LSA Conference Championship between A&M and Texas. What is funny about that year is the week before in the regular season matchup, A&M beat Texas in OT in Austin, then a week later played on the same field in Austin for the right to go to St. Louis. Oh, and even crazier about the 'phantom' goal, the Aggies were down by 3 with under 2 minutes to play!

No word yet on the outcome of the Ags/Horns game. I know someone will chime in real soon when the game is over. Since it started at 7 pm, it should have been over by now.

Still awaiting to hear from the Houston/Rice and the Southwestern/Harding game. I better go visit GRLC now.

That is not bad with a 6 goal difference behind, but I agree that I hope the Bucs would bring home an OOC win. The whole LSA is behind y'all, Bucs.

12-11 OT - Texas A&M...whoop!

I hear it was an awesome game with A&M having an incredible defensive stand because of an illegal stick check. Winning goal credited to the freshman Scottie Kneppers.

Any highlights anyone would care to share with those of us who could not attend. Sounds like there had to be with the game so close.

I am in the same boat as you as it would be interesting to find out how the game ended with the Ags winning by one goal in OT. I bet we will find out tomorrow as those guys are probably by now lingering, chatting, yukking up, etc.

Well, we have 5 games tomorrow with Austin College playing a FULL afternoon starting with Oklahoma first and after that they will then face off against Oklahoma State. Those games will be played in Norman. That means 2 games (one Div. B and one Div. A); SU against SLU (OOC game); UNT at Baylor and SFA at UTA.

Finally.... do not forget to forward your clocks and watches one hour ahead tomorrow night before you hit the sack!!

A&M started off fast, I think it was 3-0 early. It got to 6-2 or 7-3 aroud halftime when Texas started to slowly gain momentum. Texas battled back to tie it at 7, then went up 9-7 at one point. A&M scored to bring it to 9-8 right before the end of the third. As time expired in the third period, A&M was called for a penalty so Texas was to start the 4th man up. An illegal stick was then called so Texas started off the 4th 2 men up. A&M killed off the first, only to be called for offsides seconds later. They ended up killing off the offsides and the illegal stick penalty to keep it a one goal game. A&M came back to tie it and at one point it was 10 apiece when A&M retook the lead at 11-10 with probably 4 minutes or so to go. Texas tied the game not too much later and then it headed to overtime. Texas won the face and had a good long possession but couldn't get a goal. A&M gained possession, Scott Knepper brought the ball down to the right wing and buried a shot 5 hole to win it. Great hard fought game.
