Score was 10-3 at the start of the 4th quarter. Cal closed to 6-10 I believe and then Tech put in 2 more. Tech hit the Cal goalie in the thigh or leg on 3 or 4 1v1 situations.
Report scores, discuss upcoming games, WCLL week 9

Sonoma vs. UCSB
Well, it was an amazing mudbowl game. UCSB went up 6-5 with about 5 minutes left in the game but little mistakes hurt the Gauchos. Sonoma came back to take the lead 7-6. It was really a one goal game but Sonoma got an empty netter right at the end to make the final 8-6. I actually thought it was pretty stupid to shoot instead of running out the clock. These teams were really pretty evenly matched. It was never more than a one goal game either way until the empty netter at the end.
The field was an absolute disaster. It is supposed to rain tomorrow and then Sonoma plays Oregon on Friday and Oregon plays Cal Poly on Sat and SSU and CalPoly play on Sunday.
I took a picture of the box and crease after the goals were removed.
