I am befuddled by how SMU has gotten an edge on TSU and Baylor, two teams that made some waves at the playoffs last year, and didn't lose a lot of talent from last year. Meanwhile, SMU hasn't proven anything the past few years. I can understand how A&m was ranked over Texas even if it's only because of Tony's reputation for bouncing back after a disappointing year.
