hey i am the president of metro state lacrosse, a non league team this year. i would like to hear from teams that we have played about our performance. i would also like to hear rfom anyone with tips about starting new teams, coaching, etc.........

mines- we lost 11-2
regis we won 6-3
csu pueblo we lost13-9
western we lost 14-8

Metro, I don't think any criticism will help you. You guys are on the right track (got a W against another 1st year team), but just need to consistently work on EVERYTHING. I'd say just improve what you know you can improve without a coach. Get your individual stick skills, etc down. We are all in the same boat as you. If any of us were so good that we didn't need to work on everything, then we'd probably be playing in a better league then club div B.
