i literally can't imagine what that weather felt like. that is a painfully young gator team and it showed.

Am i the only one who thinks the new 'possesion ends the play-on' rule leads to more penalties ?

it shouldn't for a well disciplined team, but i think it is a natural reaction to get a little over-excited after a flag.

I think you're right about that, Danny. I've noticed that also. Many more 2 man down situations.

The problem is that in the SWMD situation, any technical possession foul (where the ball would merely change possession) becomes a 30 second foul. Logically, I understand why the NCAA did it that way, but it is leading to many more fouls and 2x man down situations.

I don't like the change (but hey, I'm a defenseman)
