Wow. Those are quite breathtaking which led me to email the department chair of the Advertising Design & Print Technology at Texas State Technical College Waco and let him know about those 3D sidewalk art work. I told him that he could let his students know about those type of art.

I'd be checking the weather forecast before starting on one of those projects! I love the ledge he drew that he's "standing" on.
It also would seem that Coca-Cola probably underwrites some of his efforts, which would make Mr. Burns especially happy!

Yeah some of those look like adds, probably in front of specific stores. The laptop seemed to be the real oddball of the bunch. Pretty cool looking though.

Smiling at what you said... Well, in fact, I do collect Coca-Cola stuff, and I have tons of them in my work office. After checking out this site for the second time, I started to notice his art motif which include a lot of Coca-Cola stuff. I had to show my 14 year old son this afternoon to take a good look at Julian Beever's art work because I know my son does have some kind of talent in art. I was trying to plant that seed in his mind, and the first thing he like other teenagers would ask right away from their lips, "Would he be making a lot of money?" I told him that I am positive Julian would be making good money which, echoing what laxfan25 wrote, may be coming from Coca-Cola.

Being a cola kind of guy, you must have loved the many Coke/Pepsi commercials that have run over the past few years.
My personal favorite is the diner, where he won't give back the Pepsi, and a lacrosse game breaks out.
BTW, I'm a Dr. Pepper fan at heart. Did you know that Diet Dr. Pepper tastes as good as regular Dr. Pepper?

Have you been to Waco before? This is where Dr. Pepper was born. I don't even drink Diet Coke. Bleech. My wife does drink caffeine free Diet Dr. Pepper, but she is quite a Pepsi person. That would be analagous to a husband who is an Aggie and a wife who is a Longhorn (I'm referring to my parents). I did bring my wife to see the New Bern, NC Pepsi museum a few years ago after she allowed me to visit the Coca-Cola museum in Atlanta.
Yes, you will find it ironic that I am living in a town that leads the nation in drinking Dr. Pepper. I do have a Dr. Pepper "longneck" bottle among my Coca-Cola stuff because that bottle commemorates Baylor Lady Bears' 2005 NCAA women's basketball national championship. I have had that comment made by students and visitors as to why can't I have Dr. Pepper stuff as well.
I will only drink the hard stuff- the classic Coca-Cola.

More Mitch Hedberg fun:
"Mr. Pibb is a poor imitation of Dr. Pepper. Dude didn't even get his degree"
