Wow... some kid had 11 goals for CMU against Taylor... that's crazy.

Any info on the Carnegie Mellon vs. Taylor game? How about Oakland vs. Dayton?

he was able to get open on the crease for all 11 of his goals. Carnegie Mellon ran a very well executed offense, and the defense either lost track of him or didn't slide, which left him with enough time to score. don't get me wrong, he's good, but i seriously doubt he'll do something like that again

...and don't expect the taylor defense to let anything close to that happen again

MSU 4
ASU 5

We have had really bad luck with concussions. ASU came back on us and scored with about 2 minutes left to take the lead.

MSU 14
LMU 9

LMU played very hard, and we got a chance to see a lot of our younger players.

MSU 7
Chapman 12

that team has some really explosive talent on offense, and they are almost all freshman. Look for that team to be a top competitor in the next few years.

My hats off to Indiana, a well-rounded and very solid team. Very hard played game, but Auburn just couldn't pull it out.

My apologies to the Hoosiers. My source must have the score transposed.

The game was really close, came down to the last 2 minutes, but we pulled away with a couple of late goals.

Liberty never led the entire game, though they tied it up 12-12 with 2 or 3 minutes left.

Our team was playing without arguably our best defensemen who had a death in the family, and our star midfielder was knocked out with a concussion in the second quarter (he already had 3 goals when he was injured). We also had a starting attackman sustain a concussion, but he played all but one quarter after it happened.

We play our other out of conference game next Friday against Rochester, and hopefully we can continue to represent the CCLA well. Thank you for the comment.
