Congrats Lindenwood for representing the conference well this weekend. Also, I personally appreciate LU drawing some solid teams that made for good games to watch in St. Louis. Overall, it was a very good weekend to watch lacrosse in St. Louis, with the 4 teams in the Lindenwood tourney as well as Missouri State, Wash U., Indiana, and Rolla (there may be more) all playing in town. If they could just move Lindenwood and AB Soccer Park a little closer together, that would great. There was a lot of highly competitive lacrosse this weekend, and my thoughts were that Lindenwood looked good, Minnesota and Indiana looked better than I expected, and Wash U. looked both better and worse than I expected depending on the day.

About "running up the score", I agree that no one should worry about someones feelings getting hurt, we're all big boys and in college. If a team has their thrid line in the 2nd half, let them play. After all, when else can they really showcase themselves to their coach and get legit experience against an opponent? However, I personally would not aggressively attack any team once they have been beaten. We cannot blame a team because they had tests or because their geography doesn't bode well as a lacrosse magnet. One sub and a score of 20-0 I think that would be a good time to pull the dogs back. I didn't see Mizzou or KU, etc... but it sounds like they didn't do anything outrageous to me.
As for SMS/MSU, I think you all can say whatever you like; everyone has an opinion. After all, I know better than anyone that we are 0-4. I'm sure that kind of start makes a questionable impression on anyone. And until that W comes, there not a lot I can or will say about our ability.
Congrats to LU for the big weekend, I wish I could have been there to see it.

LU is a fine host. We really enjoyed the weather, stadium, announcers, and music for warmups (hey, we were outside in Febuary, I can even deal with The Cher). It's a great atmosphere for lacrosse.
The trainers on hand were fantastic. Following every game, we were asked how many bags of ice we needed, and if anyone needed additional attention. I was very, very happy to have them on hand. I hope more teams can convince their schools we are indeed athletes, and need to be cared for as such.
Thanks again to Coach Hood and his staff.

Way to go LU! 3 tough games against top 25 teams and 3 wins. That is impressive. Must have been some really nice lacrosse to watch this weekend. Keep up the good work. Also want to congratulate Illi on their 2 games this weekend. Sounds like there is alot of talent this year.
