I was gonna say the same thing.. is it possible to be anymore flexible than that? The only limitations to where she could move body parts were based on the length of her arms and legs.

And how does she "warm up" for that routine? Doesn't seem like stretching would be the suggested route to take.

Nothing special, that routine is part of our pre-game warm up. The weird thing is that we almost got those exact same uniforms this season.
