The laxpower order is based on wins and strength of schedule. If you have no wins you are unranked except for the alphabet.
Right now, strength of schedule is also in alphabetical order. Thus, UCSB has #83, Arizona is #1 and Baylor in #4.
When they really assess strength of schedule, the order will change.

This is Exhibit A of why computers can't always be believed. This definitely falls under the GIGO category (garbage in, garbage out).

In the past, the Laxpower site included a disclaimer in the banner above their analyses indicating it would require every team playing a number of games (4-5) for their analysis to be reasonably accurate.
