72 hr rule?

I'm just worried that it won't be enforced....as this happened last year in my conference. Many teams didn't input their stats in anywhere near a reasonable time and no fines were assessed and nothing was mentioned at the conference meeting either (which l'm as much at fault for as the next guy).

If some teams are updating and some aren't then it in essence provides an unfair advantage to the team that hasn't put their stats in the system. This eliminates a "level playing field" and should be closely monitored, in my opinion.

i've experienced this issue when i inputted the scores by hand for one of the smaller conferences. 0ne team in particular did not send any scores/stats until the very end of the season. The 72 hr rule was in place and this team should have missed the tourney, but they didn't. Why have a rule if it's not enforced!
