That was the worst performance I have seen from a "talented" A&M team in years. If A&M did get the ball they had open shots but couldn't take advantage of it. As far as Tech goes, it seemed like they just camped out on A&M's crease all night long and took point blank shots on the cage. Overall, great performance for Tech. They clearly showed they are the team to beat. For A&M, they have better days ahead...to talented not to. I hope to see both of these teams continue to improve and represent the LSA well this year.

From what I have read in other posts in this thread, I know for any lacrosse team that the most important part of the game is to finish your shots. I can imagine it can drive a coach crazy when players drop passes when they are supposed to catch them.

monkeylax, thanks for the score as it is now official after getting it confirmed by the UT's head coach:

Texas 23 LSU 6

Eventhough I got an email from Trinity earlier today, I believe it will be official after I hear from TCU:

Trinity 18 TCU 3

Still no word from Rice at Tulane.

We don't have any "scrubs" on our team, however, we did play through the sideline in the 4th quarter.

I think I'm still feeling cold from that wind ...

no offense intended benji, a scrub is just "a novice or newcomer"

I think he was refering more to the fact that in comparison to past years our team is small. And almost all of the team will get PT in a normal game. Whereas in past years we did have scrubs who would get PT when we got up by a few.
