The following quotes are all by none other than Yogi Berra himself, can you figure them out? They all use the same code.

E'O XGZ MGEXM ZG TIS OS WELQ KX UXDSDFGBULEK. FUZ ZVUO AKFW ZG QDVGGF FEWU E LEL.

EX ZVUGHS ZVUHU EQ XG LECCUHUXDU TUZAUUX ZVUGHS KXL BHKDZEDU. EX BHKDZEDU ZVUHU EQ.

TKQUTKFF EQ XEXUZS BUHDUXZ OUXZKF. ZVU GZVUH VKFC EQ BVSQEDKF.

It's a letter transposition code.

I'M NOT GOING TO BUY MY KIDS AN ENCYCLOPEDIA. LET THEM WAlK TO SCHOOL LIKE I DID.

IN THEORY THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEORY AND PRACTICE. IN PRACTICE THERE IS.

BASEBALL IS NINETY PERCENT MENTAL. THE OTHER HALF IS PHYSICAL.

All you have to do is start looking at letter samples where the same letter appears more than once in a word. There are only so many letters that will double in a word (ee, ss, ff, oo). Then you can start to figure out the puzzle. In this particular case, I just looked for something that would fit the mold of "baseball," and started from there and was done relatively quickly.

Here is a tougher one that we did in a cryptography a couple years ago.

nstvr grd tuhgy. nstvr ygrtr ud dinrygubh ygr nsyyrt euyg nr. u hydy fiby drr gie s eitkf ygsy nsjrd dyvh eibfrtgyk ygubhd viykf vr vsf.

That should be enough. Then there's also-

12261336 161917 12182126 17101936 21 22152114, 3821281321 3619 23182424131413363313 122619 161917 211413. 2136161526183625 16191714 2613211415 23132218141322 12182929 33193713 1519 161917.

There's only one hint that I know, and I can't give it out, otherwise they both become insanely simple. I'll give it some time and then give the hint, but I'm sure someone will have it by then.

I went Disney on them. So if you get something that's not disney, you're wrong.

OK this one is really bugging me. I've got half of the letters, but I'm not even positive on some of them. Are both of those codes for the same phrase?

I know what the answer is to the top one. But the crytogram does not match a few of the words in the last line.

Time to move on to the second one.

ok, time to drop the big hint.

If you were to print this out and work on it on paper, it would be significantly more difficult.

and PNWlaxer, it sounds as though you have some of the answer down, but don't understand the cipher. The real riddle is figuring out why the letters are different in the second line.

Both of the above codes are keyboard transpositions. The top code is transposed with both hands moving in one space. It's a tricky one. Once you figure out either one, though, the other is much easier. The second is a locational cryptogram, where each number describes a letter's location, in this case on a keyboard. 11 is Q, 12 is W, 13 is E and so forth. First number is for row, second for column.

Both of these were significantly more difficult, but I figured I'd throw them in there... in case you all wanted to be future code breakers.

Is there a mistake in the second code? Seventh word, first letter? My keyboard only has seven letters in the third row.

And I don't get the solution to the first one. Can you give an example?

Yes there is. It should be 37, not 38. Good catch.

For the first code, close your eyes and type, but move both hands one key in towards the center of your keyboard. It's a little bit awkward, but it's how you derive the positions of the respective letters.

Ok, I must be really stupid here... if I am reading this right, then the first word is translated like this:

Not to nitpick, but same word, last two numbers should be 22. Same with third letter, third word.

I think you're probably right on all counts. I made a couple mistakes on a few letters, since I coded these as I was writing them.

Unfortunately, code is a little bit harder to proof read, and I didn't take the time to do so. If it's causing high blood pressure I apologize... er... I mean... that was part of the riddle...
