A1 is driving to the goal and about to shoot. Just as he begins his shot:
1) B1 pushes A1 from behind. A1 steps in the crease, then the ball enters the goal.
2) B1 pushes A1 from behind. The ball enters the goal, then A1 steps in the crease.
3) B1 pushes A2 from behind. A2 steps in the crease, then the ball enters the goal.
4) B1 pushes A2 from behind. The ball enters the goal, then A2 steps in the crease.
5) B1 pushes A1 from behind. The push knocks A1 off his feet. A1 loses the ball and he and the ball sail through the air and into the goal. The ball enters the goal before A1 touches the goalie, the ground, or the goal.
What's the ruling in each case and why?

First thoughts....
1- FDSW, play ends when A steps on crease, no goal, B serves 30 seconds, A's ball
2- FDSW, goal counts since ball entered goal before A entered crease. Technical foul is waived off due to goal. Faceoff.
3- same as #1
4- same as #2
5- same as #2, unless push is ruled as unnecessary roughness. then B would serve given penalty time.
