Goalie Head

I know that a lot of goalies on here probably use the eclipse but I am wondering what you all think about the Debeer Web Pro found on the web at http://www.debeerlacrosse.com/goalie/

Thanks...

Eclipse is the best head if you ask me. Only thing I used to use after the goalmaster.

ive always been a fan of the eclipse, even though for a brief amount of time i did use a big nasty. i dont like to talk about those days. although i did just shave off the sides of one to make it look normal and string it up, but only cause it was the only unstrung head i had around. if i were to replace my eclipse, it would have to be with the guardian, which is also put out by stx. its pretty much a stipped down version of the eclipse as far as i can tell. http://www.lax.com/shop/item.phtml?page ... ront.phtml this page has a couple of reviews.

The guardian breaks pretty easily.

How much lighter is the eclipse than the goalmaster.

I believe the goalmaster is lighter actually.

I actually switched from the eclipse to the nemisis....partly because the nemisis is a little stronger, which helps when I play box, but also for the angled side walls, it keeps some balls in the stick that would bounce off the eclipse and makes it easier to pick up ground balls on the run.

i wouldnt go with the debeer, even if you get discount on it. the only 2 heads i recommend using for play are the eclipse (which i use at the moment) and the goalmaster (my backup). both of these are THE BEST heads you can buy...the nemesis is good too but i like eclipse better, if your not convinced going with the stx head's....just take a look at the d1-d3 and uslia teams.....most if not all the goalies use stx heads. otherwise, its ur own feel for the head.

The eclipse has been my gamestick and backup for at least the past four yrs. Altough I have also owned and tried out the nemesis, a big nasty, and the goalmaster.
I have to say the nemesis is a bit heavy, and I never felt the benefit of the off-set goalie head.
My big nasty actually threw pretty well, but everytime I took a hard shot the thing would shake like crazy and it always felt flimpsy.
The goamaster is a good stick, but I have cracked at least two of them on the side when I was in highschool when it was checked by an attackmen. IMO the eclipse has yet to be beaten in the goalie head market.
