I was just thinking about the new flag down procedures and I am not sure if this was covered:
Example of what I was thinking:
A1 commits personal foul against B1 (with ball). B1 enters the box and is pushed by A2 (and flag is thrown) then pushed (and flag is thrown) by A1. B1 manages to score.
Are the technicals wiped out or are they still time serving?

That is true. But if a goal is not scored and the play is stopped for any of the appropriate reasons, then ALL fouls will be time serving. So in your example, A1 would serve 1 1/2 minutes and A2 would serve 30 seconds. Right?
