I know that we will only be playing our juniors and seniors due to numbers...If this tradition continues, the underclassmen will get to participate in following years. This game should be fun as i always look forward to clashing with OSU...Should be interesting to see how some of the long poles deal with playing shorty

Tipton?

Postby Dan Wishengrad on Sun Jan 29, 2006 9:50 pm

The news release before the game singled out OSU's Richard Clayton but there was no mention of Tyler Tipton -- Is Tip playing in 2006?

It was a great experience for the Beavs and we learned from our mistake, don't go stop time the last 5 minutes when your up three in the forth quarter. Can't wait til april quackers.

And we learned our lesson: Don't get more than 2 full quarters worth of penalty minutes to let the Beavs go up by 3 goals with five minutes to go. Because no one likes to score three goals in the last five minutes with no penalties, take it to 2OT and win it.

Yea, we'll make sure you guys won't have to come from three behind next time. It'll be more like 8 or somethin  and the the W will be in our column.

I mean I kind of liked the 2OT, made it more exciting for the fans, and we all know I like to please the fans....
