MVP NCAA Baseball 2006

Did anyone else see EA Sports came out with college baseball with 150+ teams?

At least they are embracing other college sports.....if they would only do NCAA Lacrosse 06......

ya ive been waiting for it to come out since like june when i saw the screew shots, which it did come out this week. and i agree, they really need to come out with some kind of out door lacrosse game MLL or NCAA

any lacrosse game will be very similar to a hockey game, but i think that lacrosse needs a game like this.

Yeah i am really excited for the baseball game, it looks hella cool and it is supposed to have some nice features to build your own teams and stadiums.

Does it have a feature to use your illegal boosters as a source of funding scholarships? Does it have the MLB draft take away your best players after one good year? Oh yeah and does it have the atmospheres of LSU's ballpark and the professional hecklers from left field at Texas A&M's Olsen Field? I want a game that truly embraces the college experience.

Boosters? No

MLB Draft taking players? Yes, you even have to distrbute your 11.7 scholarships among your players.

LSU ballpark? Yes, it has like 20 real stadiums then a bunch of generic ones.

And best of all, the ping of the metal bat, that alone is worth 30 bucks....... :lol:

I bagan thinking... man, this is just MVP (MLB) Baseball... why should I buy it... then I watched the videos on EA Sports and hear the ping... I'm sold

There is nothing worse in baseball than the ping of an aluminum bat. . . . .except for perhaps the designated hitter and astroturf. :evil:

just got the game today. it is fun, the new hitting thing where you have to pull back to load like in the EA golf games then swing through is hard to get used to and i am still trying to. Other than that it is the typical EA baseball game, but it is fun and it is cool to mess around with college players and teams. just sucks that there are four of us in my house trying to start dynasties so we have to trade off all the time.

You should all go on one dynasty and just rotate playing the teams
