They sure do have a nice looking campus.

I wonder how many of these kids go there for their freshman year and then say.... WTF ... what was I thinking? or How many of these kids get out of school and then turn into a walking billboard on the side streets of new york advocating the demolition of the fine american establishments known as nudie clubs.

...and that funding comes from very conservative people that would cease donations if the rules changed... Pretty interesting to me really. All college students question the rules in place, and I'd be surprised if it didn't come down to funding 90% of the time. I don't donate money to places that have different values than I, do you? Anyone not like guns but a member of the NRA? consistently donating money? Won't happen too often, although I'm sure it there is an exception or two.

any college that outlaws the teenage mutant ninja turtles has issues.....and i know its their choice to attend such schools, but that only causes problems for when those students enter the real world, where everyone doesnt say darn, and sugar....and it just creates more ppl like Jerry Falwell who blamed 9/11 on the jews and homosexuals....do we really need more ppl like that?

As a BYU grad I'm just curious if you knew when my problems from entering the "real world" were going to begin...

its cool... but IMHO it just seems wrong to force these people to live such a sheltered life...i know they choose to do so....but if its all thy know.... then they really dont see the other options open to them. those schools seem more like a cult, then a university.

Does that mean that I can bring rap?

Man, I thought Harding was strict.

If this is the type of thinking we had in the running of a larger group, say a state or a nation, it would be very Big Brotherish.

Unsettling...

If you've never seen this eBay page, or it's star, you're in for a treat!
Make sure you have your sound on.

That is my favorite bobblehead ever. I admit I watched that trading spouses (because of the TV hype) and I thought it was hilarious. She is a God Warrior and she hates fortune tellers and new age junk.

Crazy church fanatic goes on the show and then says "I don't want the $50,000 dollar pay out because it's devil money" and then in the end, she has a change of heart and keeps the $50,000.

When my mom attended Florida State back in the '60s, women were required to wear pants around campus, had curfew, and had breath check when they came in for curfew. I'll have to ask her about some other details, but this was at a state funded university.
