At least none of them have killed anyone. Yet.

I heard some stories from a former NFL player on how pyscho Lawrence Phillips was. They would be at some club/bar after a game trying to relax and Lawrence would be so high strung and get mad at some random-Joe if you stepped on his shoelace or something minor like that.

Here in Texas we get to see a lot of Reggie McNeal. He is a very talented player who at certain points this year had is top five recievers injured at the same time. I don't care if you are Vince Young, Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Matt Leinart. If you are throwing to the number 6 and 7 recievers on the depth chart you are going to struggle as a QB. These guys can't get open like your one and two recievers can.
Reggie Mcneal was probably a top 5 QB in 2004 behind Leinart, Aaron Rogers, Alex Smith and Maybe Vince Young. Some people in Texas would argue that in 2004 Reggie McNeal was better than Vince Young. I think that Reggie won't go any lower than the 3rd round. He is a good QB and someone will take him because he will perform.
Marcus Vick will be drafted, because their are GM's and coaches who will take a chance on a a troubled guy because of talent. Look at Randy Moss, probably a top five pick when he came out, but because of his trouble he dropped to the late teens.

2004 - Young (SO)
2005 - Young (JR)
no. that was Chance Mock in 03, by late season Young had earned the starting role.
